Marketing & Events Coordinator

Assist in developing and implementing the marketing, creative, advertising and event strategy of Atomic Coffee Roasters!

 

Reporting to the Head of Atomic, you will be responsible for:

Communication

  • Assist in developing the online consumer strategy
  • Content owner of the Atomic website
  • Responsible for the sales and promotion of the webshop
  • Accuracy and approval of the marketing tone
  • Liaising with 3rd party suppliers around media design

Event Management

  • Identify key events to attend/sponsor that are a good fit for the brand
  • Organise all events including the management of budgets, resources, and reports
  • Take ownership of event execution

Campaign Management

  • Work closely with the creative agency on all campaigns

Point of Sale / Wholesale Support

  • Develop all POS and signage requirements for the wholesale network
  • Provide marketing support to wholesale network
  • Develop all marketing promotions and signage for cafés

Innovation

  • Working with the Training Manager and Coffee Specialist to create innovation around products and offerings
  • Create innovation for advertising campaigns and marketing

 

We're after someone who:

  • has a LOVE for coffee!
  • tertiary qualified in Marketing and/or Communications
  • an energetic, self-starter approach with the desire to take ownership and responsibility for projects and tasks and to achieve a consistently high level of results
  • able to work autonomously and part of a team
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • good at organisation and time management
  • excellent communication and written skills
