At Wotton + Kearney, you will be exposed to all aspects of civil litigation with an emphasis on insurance litigation and professional negligence. You will assist on case management including discovery, research and court appearances. There will also be some scope for debt collection and employment work.

They are regularly instructed on the most interesting and complex insurance matters and are the go-to firm for London and international underwriters. This is evidenced by their track record including wins in the Supreme Court, Court of Appeal and High Court.
