Support Technician - Information Services

Are you passionate about technology and how it helps our customers?

We have a great opportunity for a Support Technician to become an integral part of our Information Services department and provide first class customer service, technical support and first-line desktop support. 

This position requires a high degree of technical support across all sites; be it in person or via phone. You will have the ability to think on your feet and come up with good solutions. Communicating clearly and concisely in our multicultural environment will give you the edge over others. Your day will be varied and good planning, organising and prioritising skills will see you get through your day productively.

You will be a fast learner, keen to master existing and new systems. Staying up to date with new technology and self-development will come naturally to you. You will work with the philosophy of ‘Change is the only constant’ and not get fazed with working under demands and pressure, have a calm disposition and work collaboratively with others. Your pro-active, can do attitude will see you getting involved with new projects and moving to the next level in the SFIA framework as the role currently sits between level 2 and level 4.
