Human Resources Coordinator

GNS Science is seeking an energetic and dynamic team member to provide a range of Human Resources (HR) coordination and administrative services. 

In this role you will:

  • Provide a high level of support to the HR team
  • Manage the administrative aspects of the recruitment process using our electronic recruitment system
  • Assist with payroll processing and be backup for the Payroll Advisor
  • Coordinate and issue all new employment/induction documentation
  • Assist with the extraction and presentation of HR metrics and information
  • Organise meetings, events, catering, travel and relocations
  • Contribute to HR projects

You will be the ideal candidate if you have:

  • Experience in a coordination or administrative support role
  • Have superior communication skills with excellent attention to detail
  • A high level of initiative, confidentiality and professionalism
  • Are strong team player
  • Are a proficient user of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Experience with HR systems would be desirable
