Quality Hotel Parnell is a 101 room property with conference centre, restaurant & bar facilities and is situated in the charming residential suburb of Parnell, just 3kms from the Auckland CBD.  

Our guests comprise business and tourist, from local, national and international destinations.

We are part of the well-known and respected worldwide group of Choice Hotels.

Previous hotel reception experience is preferred.   The position is full time with rostered shifts.  The ability to confidently converse in Chinese would be an advantage.  Non-resident applicants must have a current Open Work Visa, valid for a minimum of 1 year.

If you would like to join our Front Office team we are looking for a person with the following attributes:

·         Well groomed

·         Excellent spoken and written English

·         Selling skills

·         Strong customer focus

·         Accuracy with figures

·         Attention to detail

·         Computer literate

You should have a cheerful disposition, with a can do attitude and genuinely enjoy working within the hospitality service industry.

Duties include but are not limited to:

·         Guest Check In/Out

·         Cashiering

·         Reservations

·         Telephone/switchboard
