Recruitment Administrator

Life Plus Recruitment is a leading healthcare provider in the New Zealand market, and we are growing by the day, in order to take things to another level we need a Recruitment Admin Dynamo with a creative flare to help us get there - are you that person?

Recruitment Administrator is a support role for Homecare and Serious Injury/Complex Care teams at Life Plus.
  
Reporting to the Events and Administration Manager providing outstanding reception, recruitment and administration and senior management support in the office.


As a Life Plus Candidate Recruitment Administrator, your responsibilities will be included but not limited to:
  • Excellent Customer and Reception service.
  • Organising recruitment activities for the Homecare and Serious Injury teams – including, posting job adverts, phone screening, candidate care, referencing assistants
  • Assisting with induction and orientation arrangements
  • General reception tasks, meeting room management
  • Employees leave covering for the all brands under Life Recruitment – Life Plus, Preston & Blythe and Little Life
  • General support for the senior management team, as requested
  • Writing meeting minutes and weekly report
  • Ensure quality and timeliness and accuracy of electronic employment processes

  • Be able to hit the ground running
  • Qualification in Business Administration would ideal.
