Student Services Coordinator

Greenlane, Auckland

New Zealand Tertiary College (NZTC) has been providing comprehensive and professional programs of study to enable students to excel in their chosen field for over 35 years. An opportunity has arisen at the college for someone to assist us with guiding and supporting students.

As Student Services Coordinator you will play a key role as our first line of contact with student queries in our Pastoral Support team. You will actively support and respond to our students providing them with exemplary support and guidance, referring them onto other supports as necessary.  This role will require phone interactions with our students, including inbound and outbound calls.

The successful applicant will:

  • Have an excellent phone manner and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Have a customer centric approach and the ability to maintain a calm and cheerful disposition
  • Possess a problem solving approach
  • Be familiar with the Microsoft Office suite
  • Be well organised and have a strong attention to detail
