Medical Receptionist - Temporary
My client is looking for an experienced receptionist to temporarily join the team and provide support to the existing receptionists. Previous experience in a medical environment is preferred but not essential. 
With an ASAP start, you will need to be ready to go at a minutes notice.

Role 
  • Responsible for answering calls and assisting the reception team
  • Maintain impeccable communications and client service 
  • Generation of reports 
  • Maintain all patient rooms 
  • General administration and other ad-hoc duties where required 

Your skill set 
  • Proven experience in Reception
  • Exposure to Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
  • Computer Adequate keyboard skills to enable efficient data entry
  • Highly engaging and personable
  • Maintain a professional approach at all times 
  • Personable and excellent communicator 
  • Outstanding time management and ability to prioritise
  • Experience in a medical environment preferred but not essential
