Carpentry Supervisor

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading global facilities management service provider, seeking an experienced carpentry supervisor to be part of their reactive, planned and project maintenance team.

The role:

  • Day to day leadership of the carpentry team in Hamilton
  • Be the escalation point for managing the preparation of documents / estimates, HSQ matters and spot checks
  • Complete trade maintenance tasks as required
  • Accurately record completed works for invoice purposes
  • Identify potential future work

The ideal candidate profile:

  • Min 5 years' trade experience (2 of which should have been in a commercial maintenance environment)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer and deadline focussed
  • Supervisory or team management experience

Technical skills:

  • Trade qualified with commercial carpentry maintenance experience
  • Site safe gold card
  • Working at Heights license
  • Elevated Work Platforms qualified
