About the role

This process administrator role is based in Mount Maunganui and is a critical role in the Finance and Administration Team. Working closely with customers, suppliers, and the Operations Team, attention to detail is a priority. Another key aspect of the role is the ability to develop close working relationships with the Finance and Administration Team members.  Being able to support others in their roles as well as contributing to company activities are also seen as strengths.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you will need to have proven experience in process administration, ideally with strong abilities in the use of up to date technology and systems. You must have a personable and engaging communication style, and have shown that you can build relationships with integrity and trust. Initiative, practical problem solving skills and decisiveness will be also sought after attributes. The role may increase from 30 to 40 hours in time.
