Quench Collective is the domestic sales arm of Sacred Hill, a well known name in New Zealand and internationally. To this day the business is still owned by the Mason family - with roots dating back over 30 years! The business has achieved fantastic growth spanning the past few decades whilst still maintaining strong company values. Continued growth is the plan, and we have an exciting opportunity for the right person to be part of the journey.

In addition to iconic wine brands, Quench Collective also sells a number of well known Craft Beer & Cider brands, with recent expansion into the Craft Spirits category. Strategic partnerships such as these are just the beginning, and are key to our future growth plans.

The role is multi-channel, with the prime focus managing existing grocery accounts (both Foodstuffs & Progressive) and developing the Traditional Liquor and On-Premise markets in Central & North Auckland.

You will be working as part of a team to build relationships and increase market share through a commercial approach, and utilising the tools of trade and data that will be readily available.

The ideal candidate will be a good mix of hunter and farmer, with a solid understanding of FMCG Territory Management. You will ideally have strong existing relationships, and will need to demonstrate you can work independently. You will have a head for numbers, and experience managing trade spend. Exposure to Nielsen or Aztec would be advantageous. You will be well organised, passionate about what you do, and have a disciplined approach towards your work.

Your hard work and determination will be rewarded with a strong base salary, full company vehicle usage, and the knowledge that you are working for an organisation that really does care about you. Above all, you will be joining a company that is truly passionate about what they do and who they are as an organisation. This could very well be the opportunity you are seeking to shake up your career.

If this sounds like you, apply now, including CV and cover letter.  Applications close 21st January 2019.

The application form will include these questions:
  • Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand?
  • Do you have a current New Zealand driver's licence?
  • Do you have experience in a sales role?
  • Do you have experience working towards targets and KPIs?
