About the role

Reporting through to the Head of Product and Distribution you will be responsible for leading the Insurance Capability Coaching team to ensure BNZ frontline staff have the right mind set and skill base to have successful protection conversations with customers, implementing appropriate insurance solutions to meet personal needs.

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

  • Working with the leadership of each BNZ customer/distribution channel to ensure the Insurance Capability Coaching team deliver a successful coaching framework
  • Identifying and implementing continuous improvements to the insurance capability coaching framework
  • Identifying product and process improvements that would enhance frontline conversations and customer outcomes
  • Managing content and delivery of insurance training to support required frontline capability

About you

We are looking for someone with the X factor that will be able to inspire and coach our frontline staff on customers protection needs and BNZ Insurance Products! Our ideal candidate will come from a coaching/leadership role within the financial services environment ideally with an in-depth understanding of insurances. You will be experienced in coaching and facilitating at all levels within your organisation and have a proven track record. Your key strengths will be your communication skills, ability to influence, your presentation skills and most importantly your ability to engage with a wide range of audiences.
