People and Performance Assistant

We have an exciting opportunity, for the right person to join our dynamic and highly skilled People & Performance Team.

This is a key role which involves:

  • Supporting the Talent Acquisition team with the full scope of all recruitment processes, this could range from loading ads onto job boards to undertaking reference checking
  • Coordinating of induction mornings and site tours for new staff
  • Maintaining accurate records of all existing staff and any prospective candidate applications
  • Co-ordinate, order and distribute APL clothing to staff
  • Update and maintain the integrity of data captured on our internal Job Vacancy Management system and all processes
  • Updating the HR Policy Manual regularly
  • Research and update the Senior and Operational Managers of all training on offer
We are searching for somebody like you, who has an eye for detail, enjoys a large volume of administrative work and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. 

This opportunity requires you to have a high degree of diplomacy, confidentiality and communication skills (both written and verbal).  You could be a new graduate looking for experience in your chosen field or an experienced administrator/ex-recruiter looking for a change.
