Broker Support

The Opportunity

In this role you will support with administration and account management on a commercial book of clients, which will include directly supporting clients via phone and email. There will be a focus on strong customer service and ensuring clients walk away having had an excellent experience.

Day to day you might work on:

  • Document preparation
  • Client renewal paperwork
  • Premium negotiations
  • Policy and new business submissions
  • Claims management

About You

If you have a positive attitude and dedication to your work, you will become an integral part of the team. This role will allow you to develop a solid understanding of insurance broking through supporting a Commercial Account Manager.

Furthermore, to be successful in this role you will display:

  • Proven experience working within the commercial broker space. 
  • Ability to use initiative and have a flexible attitude to changing workloads and priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Intermediate user in Microsoft Excel and word

If you consider yourself highly motivated and you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, then this is the role for you!  Your ability to work under pressure is key to your success in this team.
