Associate Product Manager

About the business and the role

Our client; a listed multinational, SAAS company, enjoying hyper growth, require the services of a Product Manager, that can capture features from an idea and can bring it to life.

Job tasks and responsibilities

You will formalize ideas from a variety of sources with research, identify and map problem areas, then work cross functionally with teams to make it reality!!

By providing clear business measures, backed by analysis & data, you will see your hard work drive product performance and consumer usability!

Utilizing your previous product, project management or business analysis skills, you will develop new and enhance existing products that contribute to achieving the businesses inspired objectives. 

Responsibilities include:- 

  • Partner with design teams, product marketing teams and technical engineers to experiment with options, understand user behavior, and make balanced decisions on design and depth of execution
  • Work closely with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to research and map opportunities against the product vision
  • Attain insights in to user behavior by developing a strong understanding of users, their challenges, and how the product delivers value. 
  • Drive an end to end program of work, make key decisions that take advantage of a continuous delivery flow and drive a rapid feedback loop
  • Ensure the transparent communication requirements of all impacted areas are met; what is happening, when, and why as things change
  • Measure and monitor the roll out against feature design assumptions, and incorporate feedback back into the product cycle.

Skills and experience

The person:- 

  • An experienced analyst that has a record of making a positive impact through technology, specifically in mobile, web, and cloud products
  • A highly collaborative, team player that has the ability to interpret complex, technical components & languages in a way that cross functional teams can relate to and understand.  
  • Experience partnering with engineers, technical, product marketing, customer and finance teams, throughout a product development process. 
  •  A student for life, studying both successful and failed products from around the world
  • Comfortable and capable of turning data into insights with a knowledge of analytic and numeric methods
  • Able to be productive with modern documentation, prototyping, and data analytics tools

Technical requirements:- 

  • Bachelor's degree in tech or business would be perfect.
  • Experience as a product manager, product owner, business analyst or project manager
  • Experience with Agile development, short scrums, fast moving processes.
  • Experience of Sales Force(advantageous)
  • Experience of Tableau (advantageous)
