What You Will Do

We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced and self-motivated Financial Assistant to join our College. You will provide proactive and professional finance administration support to the Finance Manager and College of Science Office, using approved systems and in compliance with the University's current policies and procedures.

Who You Are

You will have extensive experience in a financial/business related administration role as well as knowledge of general accounting principles, procedures, policies and systems. In addition you will have significant experience working with budgets, charts of accounts and journals as well as experience interpreting financial accounts and reports from finance information systems. You will also have proven accuracy, thoroughness and attention to detail as well as an ability to maintain excellent standards under pressure.
