You will be working as part of a team providing a mixture of front desk work and dealing with patient requests. Your role will encompass both administration and clinical support. Your role will consist of, but not be limited to:-
Dealing with patient queries and concerns, both face to face and on the telephone.
Scheduling patients appointments, depending on their needs.
Managing insurance information and liaising with insurance companies directly.
Oversee patient service including all patient interaction.
Working in conjunction with the nursing team, other HCA's and Doctors.
You must have experience of working with Medtech 32 and Manage My Health Systems.
Ideally we would like someone who has worked as an HCA beforehand and has a good clinical knowledge and skill set.
You must be able to work well under pressure as this role is busy and varied. Attention to detail is a must as well as being able to multitask and prioritise accordingly.
We require someone who has excellent time management, great communication and organisational skills and can provide it all with a smile.
