Territory Manager - Lower North Island

We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated person who has demonstrated initiative and discipline to join our Sales and Marketing team, managing our Lower North Island territory. As a Territory Manager, you will play an integral part in maximising our sales opportunities by developing and maintaining effective relationships with our trade customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • achieving sales and market share objectives
  • managing Sales Merchandisers effectively to achieve sales objectives
  • category management including developing effective planograms
  • proactively promoting products at store level and ensuring optimal ranging
  • negotiating volumetric deals with buyers.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

  • initiative and motivation to meet challenging business goals
  • strong negotiation skills and proven ability to build influential relationships
  • FMCG sales experience
  • current clean driver's licence.
