The Role

The Territory Sales Managers work in an exciting, complex and competitive environment.  Reporting to the Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the successful servicing of a defined geographical territory, by utilising commercial business acumen and strategic planning capability, while having an energetic drive for results and passion for success.

You'll act as a partner to retailers, giving them expert advice and knowledge on products.  Show them you've got what it takes to succeed and you'll find plenty of challenge, opportunity and the support you need.  As well as fantastic benefits, this company will invest in your learning and development and give you continuous feedback and coaching to help you meet your full potential.

They also excel at developing their own people into leaders of the future. As an organisation with a high-performance culture, they will expect a lot from you, but they will also support you every step of the way to help you deliver.
