Lead Resource Coordinator - BOP & Lakes - January 2018

Our Resource Coordinator team has a lot of balls in the air and we need an extraordinary leader to manage the process of keeping them all up.
 
As a professional juggler you excel at balancing tasks, throwing one up, just as another comes down. In order to perform this delicate act, you see the big picture and have the ability to prioritise and empower others to do the same.  When things don't go according to plan you adjust and problem solve.

If this sounds like you, you could be the talented Lead Resource Coordinator we need.  This role is based in Tauranga with travel required to Rotorua and Taupo.

A pivotal role in our Tauranga and Lakes based team providing home based support services, you will be responsible for ensuring rosters are successfully managed and staff are appropriately allocated to clients.  At the same time you will be taking on the challenge of leading and supporting the team of Resource Coordinators ensuring the quality of our high performing team, whilst using your technical and analytical skills to provide data analysis and reporting.

Juggling isn't the only talent you need, you will also have: 
  • The ability to be analyse situations and data
  • Experience leading a team and managing people
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience in handling calls, scheduling work and data entry  
  • High level of computer literacy, including proven experience in database maintenance and reporting 
  • The ability to be flexible and innovative in order to problem solve
