Description

The role is reporting directly into the Field Sales Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for working within a defined geographic area in the Auckland area. You will be calling on accounts in multiple channels including grocery, convenience and petrol.

The Key areas of focus will be:

  • Deliver operational metrics - and own performance across your patch
  • Commercial conversations, both internal and external - maintaining strong retailer relationships
  • Planning and Prioritisation - plan visits and implement cycle activity to achieve Company objectives
  • Personal Leadership - develop and grow your career

Profile

The right person for this role will have a tertiary education, ideally experience in Sales within the FMCG space and a strong track record of delivering results through strong relationship management. It is vital that you have the motivation and drive to deliver business objectives, as well as the desire to progress within the organisation. You will need to be innovative, have a strong commercial acumen, and an enate ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. These skills will be critical to your success in working with this client’s key stakeholders.
