Sales Support & Administration (Monday to Friday)

We are looking for a motivated and organised individual to  support our phone based sales team with lead generation and administration.

Our Sales Team work in a B2B environment, informing business people throughout Australia and NZ about our e-tendering solutions and how an annual managed account with TenderLink can grow their business. 

You will be responsible for:

  • conducting outbound call campaigns to pre-qualify leads for the sales team to action
  • post sale administration processes, including some invoicing and contracts administration
  • assisting the Sales Manager with reporting (lead tracking, call reporting and sales results analysis)

To be successful, you will need:

  • Intermediate computer and Excel skills
  • Top notch written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop rapport over the phone
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritise
  • Financial administration experience would be ideal
