Key responsibilities for this role include:

We are looking for someone to lead the delivery of our centralised advice and proactive service model. This newly established role brings together three different service areas (Insurance, Wealth Management & KiwiSaver) to ensure the advice and service they provide is ‘value add’ and proactive. You will be reporting into the Chief Operating Officer and some of the key responsibilities of this role include but not limited to:

 

  • Ensure the delivery of consistently high standards of advice/service from our centralised  team operating across our three key service lines
  • Own and deliver key KPI’s through a high performing team and efficient standardized ways of working.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to passionately explore new ways of working and delivering on client expectations and doing that in a financially sustainable way that meets conduct standards
  • With the support of HR, recruit, retain and develop great people driving a culture where crew are engaged to AdviceFirst and highly productive.

 

Our ideal candidate will be someone who has:

  • Previous experience in leading teams with a centralised service purpose
  • Previous experience in driving team effectiveness and outcomes to meet key KPI’s/targets
  • A proven leader, with the ability to drive a culture of exceptional client experience and high performance
