Business Improvement Manager

This organisation has achieved rapid growth and outstanding, sustainable success in a relatively short space of time.  

We are looking for an experienced leader to influence process change and drive a business improvement culture across the whole organisation, which will continue to accelerate their success and positioning in the market.  

You will work closely with the Executive and broader Leadership team who are recognised as the "cream of the crop" in their industry and who bring passion and an incredible work ethic to what they do.

In this newly created role, you will lead a group of Business and Solution Analysts to create and build a business improvement vision which is agile and responsive to market trends, customer requirements and new technology.

Your experience will include:

  • Tertiary qualifications and/or process improvement/business engineering certifications
  • Proven leadership experience, including growing and mentoring staff
  • Influential stakeholder relationships, across entire organisations, including the executive team
  • Strong process improvement and/or business analysis skills in a wide variety of industries, possibly as a management consultant.
  • Extensive knowledge of leading-edge business systems and technology tools
  • A flexible, adaptable and agile mindset
