Processing Divisional Manager

Reporting directly to the COO, in this newly created position you will provide strategic direction and leadership to our processing division, encompassing Production, Quality and Compliance Projects and Engineering. You will be responsible for the performance of the processing area, ensuring the highest quality, food safety and operational standards. With proven ability to lead change, you will mentor and empower our processing leaders to drive engagement in their area and achieve results.

You have proven experience driving continuous improvement within an operational environment, and your commitment to health and safety, along with food safety will be evident in all your interactions. Your natural leadership style will consolidate all activities within our processing division, providing strategic direction across the team. With the ability to build partnerships across business units, you will also be resilient, and adaptable within an ever-changing environment.

Bringing with you relevant tertiary qualifications or commensurate experience in production and continuous improvement, you will join an innovative and engaged team.
