Are you a communication and engagement thought leader who thrives in an environment when you can deploy new ideas? Do you enjoy a role that has a mix of client relationship management, creativity and hands on delivery? Would you fit well in a company where diverse backgrounds see people challenge each other’s thinking? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a consultancy that has a fresh take on communications and engagement as a Senior Advisor.
Who we are
With the breath of expertise to challenge each other’s thinking, the insight to look for ideas in new places, and the belief in harnessing our clients’ knowledge and experience, Just Add Lime is a consultancy for clients that want to be on the leading edge.
We are strategic advisors who add new elements to our clients mix, turning the ordinary into the extraordinary. We challenge boundaries, work as one team, have courage, and take action. It’s this combination that enables us to help organisations across New Zealand and Australia perform, progress and generate lasting change. Often the answers are closer than we think and it’s Just Add Lime who will ask the right questions, work hard to understand our clients’ needs and develop a bespoke approach to take them there.
Relationships, communications and the insight to look for ideas in new places
This role involves working with clients, primarily in the infrastructure sectors, to build strategic relationships, gain an understanding of their requirements and work with them to develop bespoke solutions that put them on the leading edge of communication and engagement with their stakeholders. From writing communication strategies through to working on social impact assessments, this is a varied role where no two days are the same.
At Just Add Lime we don’t look for answers in the same places, and this way of working is especially important when it comes to our communication and engagement advisory work. Creative thinking, asking insightful questions and harnessing our clients’ expertise to arrive at a unique solution is essential in this role.
You are a communications expert who is known for your outside the box thinking. You will need at least seven years' experience in the communications and engagement space, whether it be in a consultancy or within a client organisation. You may have knowledge of Central or Local Government, or be from the health, mining, education or energy sectors, however we are open to your background and experience.
Creating and building relationships is essential, as is your ability to gain a deep understanding of client needs and then the insight to look for bespoke, leading edge solutions.
It goes without saying that your writing skills will be second to none, however it’s the way that you present ideas, communicate visions and ‘tell the story’ that sets you apart.
What’s more, you will be a team player who sees the value of drawing on the diverse experience at Just Add Lime. We create extraordinary results for clients by bringing a mix of people, ideas and tools together, so the ability to collaborate in this environment is essential.
In return for your senior level thinking, writing and relationship building skills, we offer a competitive salary, flexible working options and a range of employee benefits, such as your birthday day off, leadership coaching, long service training benefit, team events (Queenstown in 2018!), wellbeing benefits and more. We want your career to be successful and are looking for people who want to be a part of our future.
If you believe you can lead our clients to the answers and can add a valuable element to our mix, apply today or call for a confidential discussion.
