About the role

Reporting to the Rural and Export Manager this roles is to support and co-ordinate sales and administration activities. 

Your key responsibilities will include some administration tasks such as the management of key account pricing files and monitoring payment plans for off-shore customers. You will also be responsible for the maintenance of business development plans as well as the reporting of inventory levels and potential requirements.

You will also be part of the identifying and development of new business opportunities and assisting in the generation and management of marketing campaigns. You will participate in the development and maintenance of key account customer plans and assist with the overall rural and construction sales planning.

Skills and experience

Ideally we are looking for someone who has some experience in sales and marketing and maybe looking for the next opportunity in a company that offers the potential to move into a more senior sales and marketing role.

A broad understanding of international business would be great as would a background in either the rural sector, export markets or merchant channels. However, whilst an advantage, these are not essential for the right candidate who is willing to learn. A tertiary qualification would be an advantage.

Attention to detail, accuracy and being analytical is a must. You will need to have proven organisational skills and an ability to prioritise.
