Receptionist/Administrator

QMS are a leading outdoor media company in New Zealand and Australia. Specialising in providing our clients and agency partners with engaging, impactful and innovative advertising solutions across our premium outdoor media network.

Through our portfolio of exceptional digital and traditional large format billboards, transit, bus and airport offerings as well as engaging sport media opportunities, we are committed to providing our clients with tailored and flexible outdoor solutions that deliver results.

About the role:
This is a varied reception/admin role supporting the business. Responsibilities include:

Reception:

  • Full reception duties, including handling phone calls and meeting/greeting visitors and contractor’s in a professional and friendly manner
  • Ordering and maintaining all office supplies
  • Maintaining general tidiness of meeting rooms and shared areas
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail and co-ordination/ booking of contractors and suppliers

Administration/general:

  • Management of our online & social media, creating engaging and relevant content, so a creative flair would be advantageous
  • First line IT query collation, management and escalation though the appropriate channels as required
  • Assisting finance team with monthly invoicing and company credit card reconciliations
  • Assisting in event management for contractor /supplier/staff functions
  • General admin support as required to other internal depts

Do you have what it takes?
To be successful in the role you’ll possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and be a professional team player with a positive attitude. You’ll need to be highly organised and skilled at multi-tasking, whilst providing excellent customer service. You will be able to demonstrate strong computer literacy and administration skills. Photoshop skills and experience or interest in management of social media would be a bonus. Ideally, you’ll have some previous reception experience. This role would suit someone who has some relevant work experience but is at the start of their career and wants to get their foot in the door and grow with the Company.
