Do you want to help Kiwis live better every day?  Our busy Christmas period is fast approaching and we are looking for Customer Engagement Specialists with great people skills, an excellent phone manner and an all-round positive approach to customer service!

Job description

As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a crucial role in creating a memorable experience for them.

You will provide superior customer service through assisting with various inquiries on products, returns, refunds, promotions in store, store-specific questions and many more!

To be successful, you will:

  • Possess a strong customer focus
  • Have strong communication skills both verbal & written
  • Be an able problem solver
  • Have excellent time management skills
  • Possess good listening skills
  • Keeping calm in all situations

We are looking for a thoroughly customer focused individual who thrives on working in a fast paced and supportive team environment and is truly passionate about providing the complete solution to our customers.

We have several fixed-term positions available in 3 different locations, between October 2018 – March 2019.  You will need to be available to work between 8am-9pm and at least one day over the weekend, throughout the Christmas and New Year period.
