About the role 

People & Performance provide recruitment and HR services to our people across New Zealand. The People & Performance Administrator will support the People & Performance Manager by ensuring key people processes are documented and coordinated in an efficient and compliant manner. This role will be vital to ensuring accurate and timely information is available to inform our recruitment, selection, onboarding, performance and exit processes.

About you

To be successful in the role, you must have:

  • Experience and proficiency using Microsoft Office products 
  • Experience and proficiency using Adobe Document Cloud, or enthusiasm to learn
  • A keen eye for detail
  • The ability to multi-task and balance multiple priorities while ensuring workflows are compliant
  • Strong organisational skills 
  • Great documentation and record keeping skills
  • Well developed verbal and written communication skills

An understanding of the recruitment process and Health & Safety obligations would be an advantage. 

This role is part-time for a fixed-term of 6 months.
