Prestige Doors & Gates is a well-established Penrose-based private company focusing on providing the highest quality of personalised garage door and gate manufacture and installation.

A terrific opportunity has arisen for an energetic business professional to head up the Gates division of the organisation.  This division is seen as having huge potential for strong and profitable growth and to lead the business into having a wider product offering to the market.

Reporting to the Managing Director the keys aspects of the role include:

  • Divisional management – responsibility for the sales reps, manufacturing, and the installers
  • Project management - ensuring an on-time quality installation
  • Draw up and design solutions and produce quotations from customer orders and site measurements
  • Work in conjunction with the sales reps, production and customers to ensure there are no manufacturing delays as the business continues to grow
  • Strong customer support focus, including customer site visits

The skills and experience that will get you noticed:

  • Product sales – building products related will be a big advantage
  • A passion for excellence in customer service
  • Some previous drawing/design/QS experience - knowing CAD and SketchUp will work in your favour
  • Proven relationship and project management experience
  • The energy and attitude to embrace the responsibilities, flexibility, and growth opportunities of a small and profitable business
