Business Operations Team Member

Platform Plus Limited is part of the Community Living Group and provides a range of business support and organisational capability & development services. We believe all people should be valued, respected and supported in their community and we seek to deliver a personal solution and service to each of the individuals, families and organisations we work with.

The successful candidate will be part of our dynamic Business Support Services Team and will gain a range of experience in the various aspects of our business operation.

We are looking for an energetic, reliable and flexible person to carry out a range of tasks including:

  • To be a professional representative of Platform Plus by providing a high end level of Customer Service to our internal and external customers
  • Accounts Payable processing
  • Accounts Receivable processing
  • Payroll processing 
  • Centralised Rostering

Requirements include:

  • A Passion for Customer Service
  • Team Player
  • Preferred tertiary level or equivalent qualification in Business
  • 3-4 years relevant experiences
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines and respond to a multiple customer demands
  • Experience in Accounting and Payroll is desirable
  • Rostering experience is desirable  
  • Experience with a variety of Business Systems
  • Intermediate to advance level of Microsoft office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Understanding and upholding the Articles and Principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi
  • Holder of a full, clean NZ drivers licence
  • Ability to meet Police & CYFS checks
