Branch Manager Cromwell - Construction Industry

The quality of our expertise, service and reliability has resulted in us enjoying rapid and continual company growth. With an increasing forward workload for all divisions across the country, we are now seeking a Branch Manager to join our team in Cromwell, Central Otago.

Reporting in to the General Manager, this role presents a great opportunity to join a fantastic kiwi employer as it continues to grow and succeed and clearly the sourcing and attracting of key talent forms a pretty major part of helping us meet our long term goals.

The Branch Manager will be responsible for the implementation, oversight and continual improvement of all manufacturing and operational processes, in conjunction with management and staff.

You will need to have some construction experience / knowledge and the ability to read and understand plans.

What other experience we need you to have:

  • Be confident to design, develop and deploy regional strategy and performance roadmap
  • Experience in estimating, pricing and detailing plans
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis
  • Understand customer segments and needs and develop and implement customer plans
  • Prepare, implement and manage budget activity as appropriate
  • Ensure customer queries and complaints are managed correctly and effectively
  • Coach and develop others and work in a safe manner at all times

 

To be successful in this role you will need to:

  • Have worked in Operations or Manufacturing roles in the past
  • Have a good understanding of Health & Safety particularly on construction sites
  • Ensure the highest levels of customer service are reached and maintained
  • Have good knowledge of the local area
  • Be available for early starts and some Saturday work
  • Enjoy working in a busy environment

 

Euro Corporation has a fast paced diverse environment, therefore the successful candidate will be dynamic, enthusiastic, have a positive approach and have the ability to work well both autonomously and with direction.  You must be hands on, mechanically minded and flexible enough to run machinery when required.

As we take health and safety seriously we have a drug and alcohol policy and you will be required to undergo and pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.

Applicants must have New Zealand citizenship/residency or valid work permit and be residing in New Zealand.
