About the role

The Project Administrator is responsible for providing project administration support through project co-ordination, maintenance of project records and documentation as well as general administration. This role also supports our Quantity Surveyors in contract management by assisting in problem resolution and managing the paperwork associated with contracts, programmes, projects and services. There is also general administration work required to support our concrete repairs, maintenance and coatings team.

Skills and experience

You will need to have:

  • At least 3 years' experience in project administration preferably in the construction industry.
  • Highly developed organisational, problem solving and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
  • An ability to effectively manage and co-ordinate activities across various stakeholders.
  • Initiative, accountability and team work with the ability to build effective relationships.
  • A diploma or degree in construction management or an equivalent would be an advantage.
  • Enthusiasm, focus and a great work ethic.
  • Competent IT skills.
