Handyman

PAE is one of New Zealand's fastest growing and most successful facilities management and operations maintenance contractors.  We successfully deliver an expanding range of services to our Auckland District Health Board client at the City Hospital site.  As a result of this, we are currently recruiting for an additional Handyman to join our team with an immediate start.

This role includes some general building maintenance, furniture moves/repairs and exterior cleaning. We require someone who can build successful relationships with our clients and work within a close team environment to readily assist our colleagues.  

Applications are invited from suitably experienced and motivated Handymen. Ideally you will have:

  • Previous experience and proven ability with simple Carpentry/Building Maintenance/Handyman activities
  • A strong focus on Health and Safety
  • A "can do" attitude and a real team player
  • Be presentable, with a strong customer service focus
  • Experience in working within a hospital or a similarly sensitive environment would be an advantage
