Film Office Coordinator

Film Otago Southland is seeking a motivated and driven Film Office Coordinator to join their team. In this dynamic and flexible position you will contribute to the delivery of effective film services for the region by providing outstanding customer service and administration support to Film Otago Southland and its business prospects.

This fast paced role requires a candidate with great initiative and a passion for getting great results. The successful candidate will understand what it takes to deliver excellent customer service, have a solid administrative background and have proven experience working in a small but busy team environment. 

If you have a passion for the region, an interest in the film industry and are ready to advance your career, we want you to join our existing successful and talented team.

 

What you will need to bring with you;

  • Proven experience in a customer service role.
  • A willingness to look at new ways of doing things.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills,  relating well to all kinds of people.
  • Demonstrated ability to take on responsibility and use initiative to prioritise and work effectively under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Great organisational skills.
