Advisor - People
- To partner with line managers and provide best practice people management (HR) advice.
- Permanent, full time opportunity
PlatformPlus Limited is part of the Community Living Group and provides a range of organisational capability & development and business support services.
Part of the Organisational Capability & Development team, this role is responsible for providing best practice people management (HR) advice to line managers with a key focus on employment relations, systems & processes and recruitment.
Essential requirements include:
- A relevant tertiary qualification
- At least 2 years' previous experience providing people management (HR) advice to leaders
- Well-developed planning and organising skills
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- A team player
- Proven business systems and software skills
- Understanding and upholding the Articles and Principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi
- Holder of a full, clean NZ drivers licence
- Ability to meet a Police vetting check
