Resource Management Planner

We have a fresh opportunity for a Resource Management Planner to work within our Consents and Compliance team, here at Mike Greer Homes NZ Ltd, at our Deans Ave premises.

The role:

Working within our Consents and Compliance team, you will be expected to assist with:

  • Preparation and lodging of Resource Management applications
  • Interpretation and implementation of District Plan Rules of all Councils in New Zealand
  • Providing technical planning advice and support to the various Mike Greer Homes branches throughout New Zealand

About you:

  • A relevant planning qualification with NZPI recognition
  • A minimum of two years’ planning and resource consents experience
  • Technical understanding of New Zealand RMA and District Plans
  • An understanding of the resource consenting process
  • A natural problem-solver
