Financial Adviser (Wealth Management)

We pride ourselves on being experts, but we won’t use complicated jargon. Instead, we take the time to understand exactly what our clients want, or more importantly what they need. Then we will put forward ideas and make recommendations personalised for them. No off-the-peg, one-size-fits-all, she’ll-be-right.

 

Our Offer:

We have and exciting opportunity for someone to join our Wellington Wealth Management team to service and grow your own book of existing clients. You may be early on in your Financial Advice career or enjoy the relationship management of servicing existing clients, but rest assured you will be joining a knowledgeable team of Financial Services Professionals with their own areas of specialisation that you can learn and leverage from. You will be responsible for providing excellent advice to our customers, and to ensure that their needs are met. This will involve being an exceptionally good listener, asking the right questions and providing the right solutions to meet your customer’s needs.  You will also be provided with regular coaching and mentoring to enable you to develop your career as a Financial Adviser.  

 

To be considered:

  • At least 3 years’ experience within the financial services industry
  • AFA Qualification or in the final stages of completing
  • Understanding of Advice Process and role compliance plays within this
  • Demonstrated and proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • Passion for providing exceptional value to clients
  • Demonstrate strong communication and influencing skills
  • Full clean drivers licence & ability to work in New Zealand are essential
