Winners revealed: 2018 SEEK Annual Recruitment Awards
We reveal the winners from the 2018 SEEK Annual Recruitment Awards, held in Auckland on November 22.

The SEEK Annual Recruitment Awards (SARAs) were established 16 years ago, to reward and recognise the innovative people and agencies pushing for excellence in the industry.

The awards celebrated the individuals and agencies who have been awarded for their contribution to the recruitment industry, driving continual improvement in candidate and client care, and best practice in leadership and innovation.

After a rigorous judging process, we were pleased to announce our 2018 winners of the SEEK Annual Recruitment Awards:

Recruitment Agency of the Year

This award acknowledges commitment to workplace culture, innovation, candidate engagement, commercial growth and the agency's contribution to the success of the recruitment industry as a whole.

Small Recruitment Agency of the Year

Medium Recruitment Agency of the Year

Winner: Talent International

Large Recruitment Agency of the Year

Winner:  Agoge

Most Innovative Agency of the Year

This award celebrates recruitment agencies that harness data and analytics to provide insight, solve clients’ challenges, fuel innovation, and enhance business practices, relationships and processes.

Winner: Madison

Excellence in Candidate Engagement

This award acknowledges the agency that provides an exceptional candidate experience, helping to promote the professionalism of the industry.

Winner: Hello Monday

Recruitment Leader of the Year

The winner of this award demonstrates an excellent ability to foster relationships, solve problems, communicate effectively, and adapt to change.

Winner:  Penni Hlaca, Stellar

Recruitment Consultant of the Year

This award recognises the achievements of the individual recruitment consultant, how they have excelled in the area of client and candidate engagement, and how they have contributed to the recruitment industry as a whole.
