Production Manager
Happy to know everyone else hates that employers would rather use AI to fill roles than hire real people who might even be under qualified. I'm tired of people in higher up positions complaining about no one working even though they're the ones making it hostile and undesirable to work.

I think people are just sick of even more things reducing the connection between humans. Getting a job used to be a conversation, sometimes a nerve-racking one - but still a conversation. Now its an awkward Q+A with an AI human. 😅

Yeah I think there's more and more stories of employers going down that path, it all falling in a heap and then having to hire people to mix the mess. I try to talk about the things that I can do that AI can't. Judgement, reading between the lines, understanding risks...
