Disability Support Worker
anyone been through a disaplinary? what was the outcome, and how did you move forward from it? any tips, or things that could help would be much appreciated.

Lots of us have been through something similar I think. It's not fun but the goal has to be getting things back on track so you can continue doing your job as best you can. If you can set up a bit of a plan with your employer, it actually can be pretty positive as you start to tick some of those milestones off.
