Kinetic is a New Zealand owned recruitment business, solely owned by Kate Ross. Kinetic was established in 1997 with the intention of providing a superior recruitment service to clients and candidates. Kinetic is proud to say that it offers a recruitment solution second to none.
After four years of successful operation in the Wellington market, it was recognised that there was a demand for the same style of recruitment service in Auckland. Kinetic became aware that a high percentage of their Wellington clients that were also based in Auckland were struggling to find a recruitment agency that could provide the speed and high standard Kinetic offers. Because of this, Kate Ross moved to Auckland to set up the Auckland office which launched in February 2000.
